Modular Engineering Company are coastally located in the industrial suburb of Henderson, which is approximately twenty-five (25) kilometres southwest of the Perth central business district. The Henderson area is also strategically placed mid-way between the state's primary industrial area of Kwinana and the busy port city of Fremantle in Western Australia.

This location was selected to position the company close to a diversified customer base, long term municipal infrastructure projects, the primary industrial area of Kwinana and its mining, mineral, petroleum and chemical processing industries, steel merchants, commercial paint yards, designated heavy-wide load road transport routes and ocean load-out facilities.

Directly adjacent to our workshop facility is the Australian Marine Complex (AMC-CUF) in Jervoise Bay where a world class facility owned and operated by The Western Australia Government has been established to enhance local industries capability for involvement in the fabrication, assembly and ocean load out of heavy equipment packages, pre-assembled structures and process modules used in the local and international Oil & Gas, Mining, Minerals Processing, Marine/Defence, Power Generation and Infrastructure industries.

Modular Engineering Company employs only experienced trades people who are supported by a management team experienced in estimating, documentation, detailed drafting, quality assurance, quality control, welding inspection, dimensional checking, non destructive and hydro testing. The company has a stable workforce, an excellent safety record and our workshop team is comprised of experienced supervisors, first class boilermakers, coded-welders, mechanical specialists, apprentices and semi-skilled trade’s assistants.

The company operates from a modern workshop facility constructed specifically for medium to heavy steel fabrication with a practical approach to office space, communications, employee amenities, visitor parking and transport access. The fabrication workshop has a reliable power distribution system, good natural lighting and our lifting capability is serviced by two (2) ten tonne overhead cranes to ensure safe and economic handling of materials and equipment packages.

A 6000 square metre fully fenced, bituminised and limestone area surrounds the high bay 1000 square metre workshop, providing ample parking facilities and a secure storage area for our client's and the company's engineering plant and equipment.
